Fantastic location - great restaurants and coffee shops, Crunch right down the street where you can get a short term gym membership, close to the subway and quick walks to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.  Bedrooms are a good size and quiet as they are in the back of the apartment.  Nice areas to work from home during the day too - either at the desk or dining room table. My stay had several issues but Shai was responsive, fair, and communicative. The apt is not stocked well for long stays, which was a huge drawback I kept encountering. The apt is spacious and attractive, but the quality of the furnishings do not match the aesthetic. 

Helpful to know:
- Be prepared; it's a walk-up and on the 4th floor
- I slept hot in both of the beds, especially in the smaller bedroom where there's a foam mattress. The larger bedroom had the more comfortable bed.
- Bedrooms are in the back of the apartment, offering good sound insulation but bring ear plugs if you keep odd hours.
- Kitchen was stocked with salt, pepper, white vinegar, and coffee. There were 2 additional trash bags (for a 5 week stay). There's no blender. Not the best choice if you want/need to cook a lot.
- Pets are allowed. I arrived to an apt with tons of pet hair, even after a second cleaning." (6/5)
